We are excited to announce our first Photo Walk and Photoshop training in Modesto. The Photo Walk will take place in Downtown Modesto on the third Thursday of August (Aug. 20th) which happens to be the night of the monthly Art Walk in Downtown Modesto. This will provide extra opportunities for photos due to the extra traffic that will be down town. For those who are interested in Photoshop or Lightroom, Jerad Hill will edit some photos taken that evening live at The State Theater on their big cinema screen!

What is a Photo Walk? It’s a social photography event where photographers or photography enthusiasts get together, usually in a downtown area or trendy section of town, to walk around, shoot photos, and generally have fun with other photographers.

Who should come? Anybody who has a camera, regardless of size. If you love taking photos, we want to hang out with you. There will be people who shoot photos for a living, some who want to shoot photos for a living and others who just enjoy taking pictures. This is an all ages and level of experience event. The nice thing about this event is that we can all learn from each other. Experienced Photographers who love answering questions will be there to help newer Photographers.
